My husband had been considering emigrating to Uruguay for a long time and found Lucienne's channel about emigration to Uruguay many years ago. When we decided to move, we contacted Lucy, got a list of necessary documents and other important details before arrival. When we arrived, we immediately paid for the services and started the process: registration with Migración, searching for long-term housing, etc. Less than a month later, we were living in an apartment with a long-term lease, and within 3 months of arrival, we received the first documents for the wait for the cédula, which allowed us to stay in the country beyond the automatic visa period. Just a month later (that is, only 4 months after arriving), we got our permanent residency (VNZ) - it could have been faster if we had paid for the migration registration services before arrival (as one of our friends did, whom we also recommended our assistant's services to). After some time, we submitted the remaining documents where necessary, following Lucienne's clear instructions. After that, just 4 months later (not even a year!), this spring, we received our citizenship (PMJ) - and in total, it took a year and a half from arrival to citizenship. Lucienne knows the nuances of local legislation, has the necessary contacts for immigrants - from realtors to translators and accountants, is non-conflictual, and focused on results. Although we had various concerns ourselves (after all, we were coming here not knowing anyone), I can only highly recommend Lucienne as a relocation professional to Uruguay - all the services are absolutely worth the money (especially if you're not ready to figure everything out on your own and go to numerous Spanish-speaking places in person).

In late January last year, my wife and I applied for citizenship, submitted marriage and birth certificates to the civil registry at the end of March, and they were archived at the end of November last year, and 12 months after the first visit to Migración, we received permanent residency cards without provisional status. During the processing period, we left the country for 4.5 months. Our consultant Lucy organized the entire process from the first consultation to paying water bills with a sense of tact and tranquility. Lucy helped us choose permanent medical insurance, pass annual medical exams, prepare all necessary documentation for the local government bank, allowing us to make necessary bank transfers without issues and obtain a complete set of local bank cards (debit and credit). She organized property rental/purchase transactions, obtaining local driver's licenses, opening a monobank for BPS payments for subsequent citizenship application, consultations with a local tax inspector, which helped us quickly understand our taxes and file a tax return. I want to note separately that Lucy is always available and ready to solve her client's problems; you can feel it immediately.

Upon relocation, we decided to use relocation consultant services to avoid dealing with everything ourselves and making mistakes. Since the country's remoteness wouldn't allow us to quickly fetch missing documents 🤷‍♀️ We were recommended Lucy. While still in Russia, we had a Zoom call and received a very detailed consultation. Lucy turned out to be a pleasant person 🙂 and a professional. There were many details and nuances. It's impossible to know them without being inside. We were pre-registered with Migración. We started collecting all the documents; it took us several months. And we flew to Uruguay fully prepared with a huge folder. As a result, thanks to Lucy, we submitted everything so successfully that we only updated the income certificate later (at Migración's request). My husband, son, and I received our Legal Cédula after 10 months from the first visit to Migración! 🙂👍 Plus, Lucy helped us choose a school for our 13-year-old son. She was with us at the school meeting with the management, helped resolve all admission issues. We are very satisfied with our cooperation! ☺️

My wife and I lived in Argentina for some time and were choosing a place for permanent residence. We chose Uruguay, and one of my acquaintances recommended Lucy to me as a relocation consultant.
